Well, it wasn't much, but we did get some snow. It's hard to tell in the pics but it was so pretty coming down...lots of big snowflakes! I can't explain it, but there is nothing quite like the smell of snow. I don't know what it is, but I love it!
Some of the snow has melted but it's pretty much still covering the secondary roads in my neighborhood. The schools were closed for 2 days but everything is back to normal now! Here are some pics from my front door looking down my street.

Having lived in Idyllwild for 10 years, I like the SOUND of snow.....which is another hard -to-explain thing. It is more like the absence of sound.
