90 days and counting...

As of today I have 90 days until the OKC Memorial 1/2 marathon. Admittedly, I am getting nervous. The thought of running for more than 2 hours straight just baffles me! But the main goal of a first 1/2 marathon attempt is to FINISH. I am faithfully following my training schedule. Right now I run 4 days a week, cycle twice a week, and lift weights twice a week. I'll get there eventually!! Here is the route for the 1/2 marathon...yikes!
